The JBAMM Center for Workforce Excellence (CWE) is a grassroots workforce development cohort that brings together healthcare professionals, educators, local and tribal leaders, workforce agencies, and economic development professionals to problem solve for our communities. The CWE recognizes our local talent and strives to equip individuals with the training and skills required to obtain careers available in Southern Oklahoma. We are willing to work hard to get the right information into the hands of those interested in the pursuit of a career in the local healthcare industry; Johnston, Bryan, Atoka, Marshall and Murray Counties. The work of the cohort includes using data to leverage available resources to fill gaps in the industry, bring educators and industry together, and educate anyone looking to enter into a career in healthcare.
