The Canadian Valley Workforce Center of Excellence works as the convener for Canadian, Grady and western Oklahoma counties. Our job is to ensure that businesses are able to recruit, train, promote and retain a skilled workforce. We also work to give individuals have access to the resources they need to develop skills necessary for in-demand careers.

Our partners include education providers, workforce agencies, community organizations and tribal government. All work to assist in identifying, accessing and leveraging resources like customized training, supportive services and other assets in the region.

Our goal is to facilitate the increasing success of our current employers and their employees, as well as future workers and companies considering locating in our region.
