The North Central Oklahoma Center for Workforce Excellence (NCOCWE) is the consortium leading the charge to centralize the region’s workforce development solutions and efforts.

NCOCWE helps local businesses and job seekers to help navigate the resources to help with skills training and education, public policy and employer resources. A variety of partners are engaged in the system from industry leaders, education providers, workforce agencies, community organizations and tribal governments. Our goal is to ensure that businesses are able to recruit, train and retain a qualified workforce and that individuals have access to the resources needed to develop the skills for in-demand careers.
