The Broken Arrow Center for Workforce Excellence serves as a collaborative effort, led by the Broken Arrow Economic Development Corporation, to support the overarching goal of creating a navigable ecosystem for STEM education, training, and career pathways that meet industry needs. Broken Arrow’s Center for Workforce Excellence focuses on the two largest job sectors in the city: energy and aerospace manufacturing, and healthcare. We strive to recruit, train, and retain talent by leveraging education partners, resource providers as well as civic and state organization.
