Rogers County Manufacturing Center of Workforce Excellence

The Rogers County Center for Workforce Excellence is led by a convening consortium consisting of the Claremore Industrial and Economic Development Authority, Tulsa Ports, and Rogers County Development. The Rogers County CWE connects industry and resource partners to address education and training, employee onboarding and retention, as well as additional talent pipeline and workforce development needs. The center plays a vital role in the region’s efforts to develop a robust talent pool and provide career pathways for the county’s prospective workforce, including the underemployed and underserved populations.
