The MidAmerica Center for Workforce Excellence serves as the central convener to serving the workforce needs of businesses at MidAmerica. The CWE helps companies navigate a variety of resources to help with new employee onboarding, training services and accessing and leveraging resources. A variety of partners are engaged in the system from education providers, workforce agencies, community organizations and tribal governments. Our goal is to ensure that businesses are able to recruit, train and retain a qualified workforce and that individuals have access to the resources needed to develop the skills for in-demand careers.
